Our classic butter cookie is blessed with a layer of  fine  raspberry preserves , moist almond  filling and  finished with an almond nut  topping. This  sweet creation exceeds  all expectations  (…just like our  special Cousin Christine! )

Fresh creamery butter, sugar, unbleached flour, real vanilla, whole eggs 

Topping:

Almond paste, real almond and pure vanilla extracts, sugar, whole eggs, raspberry preserves, sliced and ground almonds
