Third generation Barbara brings her Mom’s and Nana’s cookie dough recipe to a new level with the introduction of her Original Cookie Pies. Barbara serves as President and Owner of Barbara's Cookie Pies, LLC. She also acts as Chief Marketing Officer for FACT Group LLC.

 Carol Azzarone, VP Sales & Marketing
Carol holds a degree in Communication Arts and possesses an extensive background in advertising, marketing, public relations, sales training and secondary educational. She has spent over 25 years in advertising and marketing with her primary focus on pharmaceutical, retail, Information Technology, medical and automotive industries. She has been cited in Marquis Who’s Who in American Women for 10 consecutive years. She was keynote speaker for returning students at NJIT and a member of the NJ Technical council, Special Education Council, United Way and sits on the Advisory Council for several prestigious schools, including Fox Institute. She is currently V.P. of Marketing in the NY/NJ metro area. Carol’s primary focus is building and maintaining strong client relations and superior customer service. She manages and trains sales personnel with her primary focus on promoting Barbara’s Cookie-Pies to corporations, hotels, retail market and fund-raising organizations. |
 Lisa - Independent Broker
Lisa Ascolese is a true mentor, entrepreneur, keynote speaker, inventor and independent
product broker. An amazing businesswoman whose driving force is behind so many
incredible brands, she has designed, manufactured and marketed products of her own as
well as for her clients for more than 25+ years. Her undying positive attitude and
determination come from her parents and grandmother who taught her that “when you
believe you will achieve,” advice she lives by daily. Lisa will be representing Barbara’s Cookie Pies nationwide.

 Kathy West - Senior Account Executive
A current resident of Manalapan, NJ, Kathy grew up in north Jersey, attended college in Virginia and enjoyed a career in Chicago and NJ working in manufacturing, logistics and sales support. For several years Kathy has been reinventing herself as an author and continuing her work in supply chain management, procurement, systems development and customer relationship management supporting Key Account Sales teams. Kathy is comfortable reaching out to stakeholders in various industries making her well positioned to promote the value-added products and services of Barbara's Cookie Pies.

 Lori - Sales Consultant
Lori has over 17 years of successful sales, networking, client growth, and client retention experience. She has an outgoing and driven personality and is dedication to great customer service, honesty and integrity. She has successfully worked in a number of industries including Telecommunications and Advertising & Marketing.

 Mom
At 86 years old and going strong, Mom is the second generation Barbara, credited with training her daughters on the secrets of crafting "out-of-this-world" butter cookies and giving us the energy and work ethic to succeed.

 Bobbie
A fourth generation Barbara, Bobbie is active in inspiring us all to keep going (while she attends Medical School.) She actively recruits new Cookie Pie Customers and is a talented taste- tester for all recipes.

 Terri
Director of Customer Service, Terri is the voice of the Company managing the toll-free order number and making sure all Customers live the Company’s quality satisfaction guarantee.

 Steve
Food Scientist/ PhD Chemist by trade, Dr. Steve serves as Director of Research & Development working to ensure product quality. He also works to improve logistics and the Company's daily operation.

 Brother Dennis & Sister Dr. Denise
Cookie Pie networkers, brother Dennis (retired Fire Chief and Teacher) and sister Dr. Denise (OD) help put Barbara’s Cookie Pies on the map by spreading the word about us to their huge network of friends and colleagues, making this truly a family business.

Owner of Rob Webber Designs, Rob developed the Brand’s original graphics and is our guiding Art Director.
